Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken wings
  • 1 cup Frank's RedHot Original Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350–375°F). Clean and oil the grates to prevent sticking.

Step 2

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the chicken wings and toss to coat.

Step 4

Drizzle the vegetable oil over the wings and toss again to ensure an even coating.

Step 5

Place the wings on the preheated grill, spacing them evenly to avoid overlap. Close the grill lid and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 6

Flip the wings using tongs and cook for another 10–15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the skin is crisp and golden brown.

Step 7

While the wings are grilling, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in Frank's RedHot Sauce until well combined. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 8

Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the prepared hot sauce over the wings and toss until they are fully coated.

Step 9

Arrange the wings on a serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
