Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 300 grams Penne pasta
  • 1.5 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Honey

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, 0.5 teaspoons of salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture onto the chicken breasts.

Step 3

Grill the chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from grill, allow to rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.

While the chicken is grilling, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
