  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, smoked paprika, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 0.25 teaspoon of black pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
