  • 2 pieces Flatbreads
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3

Brush the chicken breasts with the olive oil mixture on both sides.

Grill the chicken on the preheated grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
