  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 leaves Lettuce

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preheating your grill to medium-high heat.

Pound the chicken breast to an even thickness, approximately 1/2 inch, for even cooking.

Brush both sides of the chicken breast with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
