Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bread slices
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 medium-sized Tomato
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash the spinach leaves and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Slice the tomato into thin, even slices and set aside.

Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread. This will be the side that is grilled.

Preheat a skillet or non-stick pan over medium heat.

Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, onto the skillet.

Add one slice of cheese on top of the bread in the pan.
