Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bananas
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips (milk or dark, based on preference)
  • 8 squares Graham crackers
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 sheets Aluminum foil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium heat.

Step 2

Peel the bananas and slice them lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through. They should open like a pocket.

Step 3

Use a small amount of butter to gently coat the inside of the bananas to help with caramelization during grilling.

Step 4

Fill each banana with an equal amount of mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.

Place each stuffed banana on a sheet of aluminum foil and carefully wrap them, sealing the edges to prevent leaking.

Carefully place the foil-wrapped bananas on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the marshmallows and chocolate are melted and gooey.
