  • 3 medium sweet potatoes

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Set aside.

Step 3

Slice the green tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

Step 4

Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
