  • 3 cups Cooked white rice
  • 2 4-ounce cans Diced green chiles (canned)
  • 2 cups Shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Chopped fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked white rice, diced green chiles (with their juices), 1.5 cups of shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and 0.5 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until evenly distributed.
