  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup water

Directions

Step 1

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Once they start to crackle, add the curry leaves.

Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
