  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Roasted green chilies, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream (optional, for serving)
  • 0.5 cup Salsa (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Step 2

Spread 1/2 tablespoon of butter on one side of each tortilla.

Step 3

Place one tortilla, buttered side down, onto the heated skillet.

Step 4

Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese evenly across the tortilla.
