  • 500 grams fresh green beans
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1.5 tablespoons prepared horseradish

  • 6 cups water
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Trim the ends of the green beans and set them aside.

Fill a large pot with 6 cups of water and bring it to a boil over high heat. Add a pinch of salt to the boiling water.
