  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.33 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 0.33 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1

Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a large pot and add 1 teaspoon of kosher salt.

Trim the ends of the green beans and rinse them under cold water.
