  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes, until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
