Ingredients

  • 450 grams fresh green beans
  • 250 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 120 milliliters water

Directions

Step 1

Wash and trim the green beans, removing any tough ends.

Step 2

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and set them aside.

Step 3

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.

Step 4

Peel and thinly slice the red onion.

Step 5

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 6

Add the red onion to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until softened and translucent.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
