Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, feta cheese, panko breadcrumbs, red onion, parsley, dill, minced garlic, oregano, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly using your hands or a large spoon until evenly combined.
