  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 units Burger buns
  • 0.5 cup Tzatziki sauce
  • 2 units (sliced) Tomatoes
  • 4 units Lettuce leaves
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber slices

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, red onion, feta cheese, parsley, dill, garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently but thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 3/4 inch thick.
