  • 2 stems green onions

Directions

Step 1

Chop the artichoke hearts into bite-sized pieces if not pre-chopped. Slice the black olives into thin rounds. Finely chop the green onions, separating the white and green parts.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter until it begins to foam. Add the white parts of the green onions and sauté for 1 minute until softened.
