  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, oregano, minced garlic, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 0.25 teaspoon of black pepper to make the lamb marinade.
