  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon (or to taste) salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons (or to taste) black pepper
  • 150 grams (crumbled) feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons (chopped) fresh parsley
  • 0.5 medium (juiced) lemon

Directions

Step 1

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-5 minutes until softened.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
