  • 0.75 cups Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 0.5 cups Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the chicken marinade.

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is fully coated, then cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
