  • 3 tablespoons Arrowroot powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Lime zest
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the crumbled vegan graham crackers and melted coconut oil. Mix well until the graham cracker crumbs are evenly coated and have a sandy texture.

Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Use the back of a spoon or a flat-bottomed measuring cup to help compact it.
