Ingredients

  • 500 grams Fresh seedless grapes (red or green)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 60 milliliters Water

Directions

Step 1

1. Rinse the fresh grapes thoroughly under cool running water and remove them from the stems. Pat them dry using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.

2. Place the grapes, honey (if using), lemon juice, and water into a blender.

3. Blend the mixture on high speed for about 1-2 minutes, or until the grapes are fully pureed and smooth.

4. Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the grape puree over a large bowl or pitcher to remove the pulp and skins. Use a spoon or spatula to press the mixture through the strainer to extract as much juice as possible.

5. Discard the solids and pour the strained grape juice into popsicle molds, filling each one evenly. Leave a small gap at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.

6. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and transfer the molds to the freezer. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully solid.

7. To serve, run the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the pops. Gently pull the grape pops out of the molds and enjoy!
