Ingredients

  • 3 broccoli crowns
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 cup red cabbage
  • 2 green onions

  • 0.25 cup sunflower seeds
  • 0.25 cup dried cranberries

Directions

Step 1

Wash the broccoli crowns thoroughly and pat them dry.

Using a sharp knife, cut the broccoli into small florets. Finely chop the stems, or alternatively, use a food processor to shred the stems.

Peel the large carrot and shred it using a grater or food processor.
