Ingredients

  • 3 cups Red seedless grapes
  • 3 cups Green seedless grapes
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 cup Bleu cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Wash and thoroughly dry the red and green seedless grapes. Slice each grape in half and set them aside in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the walnuts for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until they are golden and fragrant. Remove from heat and allow them to cool slightly, then roughly chop them.

Step 3

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.

Step 4

Pour the dressing over the halved grapes in the mixing bowl and gently toss to coat the grapes evenly.

Step 5

Add the crumbled bleu cheese and toasted walnuts to the salad, and gently fold them in.

Step 6

Transfer the grape salad to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.

Step 7

Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together before serving.
