Ingredients

  • 120 grams Unsalted butter
  • 150 grams Brown sugar
  • 50 grams Granulated sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 210 grams All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 150 grams Granola
  • 100 grams Chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line a 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) brownie pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and let it cool slightly for about 5 minutes.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and combined.

Step 4

Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture, whisking well until fully incorporated.

Step 5

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula until just combined. Do not overmix.
