  • 0.333 cup Whipping cream
  • 1 cup Brown sugar (for caramel sauce)
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter (for caramel sauce)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt

Directions

Step 1

In a small saucepan, heat the milk until it starts to steam. Remove from heat and stir in the 6 tablespoons of butter and granulated sugar, letting it cool to lukewarm.
