Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Cream cheese
  • 8 ounces Sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground black pepper
  • 1 cup Chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (optional, chopped)
  • 1 package Crackers or vegetable sticks (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and unsalted butter. Ensure these ingredients are softened to room temperature for easy mixing.

Step 2

Using a hand mixer or a sturdy spatula, blend until smooth and well combined.

Step 3

Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and ground black pepper to the cheese mixture. Continue mixing until all seasonings are evenly distributed.

Step 4

Transfer the mixture to the center of a large sheet of plastic wrap. Gather the plastic wrap around the cheese mixture and shape it into a ball with your hands. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Step 5

Once firm, remove the cheese ball from the plastic wrap and roll it in chopped pecans until fully coated. If desired, sprinkle chopped parsley on top for added color and flavor.

Step 6

Transfer the cheese ball to a serving plate and surround it with crackers or vegetable sticks like celery and carrot. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
