  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 15 ounces canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounces canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounces canned corn, drained
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Step 2

Add diced onion and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until the onions are softened and fragrant.

Add ground beef to the pot and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces with a wooden spoon. Drain any excess grease.
