Ingredients

  • 2 cups Strawberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1.5 cups Green grapes
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 2 large Bananas
  • 1 cup Mandarin oranges (canned, drained)
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 6 leaves Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Thoroughly wash the strawberries, blueberries, and grapes. Pat them dry with paper towels.

Step 2

Hull and slice the strawberries into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

Step 3

Cut the grapes in half to make them easier to eat.

Step 4

Peel and slice the bananas into bite-sized pieces.

Step 5

If using fresh pineapple, peel, core, and cut it into bite-sized chunks. If using canned pineapple, drain completely.

Step 6

In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple chunks, bananas, and mandarin oranges.

Step 7

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lemon juice until well combined.

Step 8

Drizzle the honey and lemon mixture over the fruit in the large bowl, tossing gently to coat the fruit evenly. Be careful not to mash the bananas.

Step 9

Cover the fruit salad with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

Step 10

Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
