Ingredients

  • 20 oz Pineapple chunks (canned, drained)
  • 15 oz Mandarin orange segments (canned, drained)
  • 4 Bananas (sliced)
  • 1.5 cups Strawberries (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 6 oz Frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed)
  • 6 oz Frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 cups Water

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained pineapple chunks, drained mandarin orange segments, sliced bananas, and sliced strawberries.

Step 2

Drizzle the lemon juice over the banana slices to prevent browning. Stir gently to combine all the fruit.

Step 3

In a separate bowl or large measuring cup, mix the thawed lemonade concentrate, thawed orange juice concentrate, granulated sugar, and water until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Step 4

Pour the juice mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat all the fruit evenly.

Step 5

Spoon the fruit mixture into individual freezer-safe cups or small containers, filling each about 3/4 full to allow for expansion as the mixture freezes.

Step 6

Cover each cup tightly with a lid or plastic wrap, and place them in the freezer for at least 4–6 hours or until fully frozen.

Step 7

To serve, allow the frozen fruit cup to sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes to soften slightly, making it easier to enjoy.
