  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Long grain white rice
  • 2.5 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick cooking spray.

Season the chicken breasts with half of the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, frozen mixed vegetables, the remaining garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
