  • 3 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)

  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Ranch dressing (for dipping)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken and buffalo wing sauce. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated.

Add the crumbled blue cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese to the bowl. Stir the mixture to evenly distribute the cheeses.

In a small bowl, combine the water and flour to create a thick paste. This will serve as the adhesive for sealing the spring roll wrappers.
