  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for even grilling. Rub them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, Italian seasoning, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush with the remaining olive oil to prevent sticking.
