  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 4 Tomato slices
  • 4 Red onion slices
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 slices Pickles (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, prepared horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently with your hands until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties about 1/2 inch thick. Press a small indentation into the center of each patty with your thumb to prevent them from puffing up during cooking.
