  • 0.25 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • 0.5 teaspoons truffle oil (optional)
  • 2 strips crispy bacon, crumbled (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon caviar (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Place the eggs in a single layer in a large saucepan and cover them with cold water until there is about 1 inch of water above the eggs.

Step 2

Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, remove the saucepan from heat, cover it, and let the eggs sit for 10-12 minutes.

Step 3

Carefully transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Let them cool for 10 minutes.

Peel the eggs under cold running water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
