  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Shallots, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Dry white wine
  • 1 cup Beef stock
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season the beef tenderloin steaks on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove the steaks from the skillet, cover with foil, and let them rest.
