  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 large Yellow onions
  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 100 grams Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick rounds. Place the slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
