Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12-inch circle or to fit your pizza pan. Transfer to a lightly greased pizza pan or a piece of parchment paper for easy transfer to a pizza stone.
