Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup Cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup Cooked crab meat (fresh or canned)
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil and set aside.

Step 2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the jumbo pasta shells until al dente, according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cooked shrimp, crab meat, softened cream cheese, ricotta cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup), half of the mozzarella cheese (1 cup), minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until fully combined.

Step 4

In a separate medium-sized bowl, combine the marinara sauce and heavy cream. Stir until smooth to create the tomato cream sauce.

Step 5

Spread 1 cup of the tomato cream sauce evenly over the bottom of the greased baking dish.

Step 6

Using a spoon or piping bag, stuff each cooked pasta shell with the seafood filling. Arrange the stuffed shells in a single layer in the baking dish on top of the sauce.

Step 7

Pour the remaining tomato cream sauce over the stuffed shells, ensuring they are evenly covered.

Step 8

Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup) and mozzarella cheese (1 cup) over the top of the shells.

Step 9

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Step 10

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are slightly golden.

Step 11

Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with additional chopped parsley before serving.

Step 12

Serve warm and enjoy your 'Good Every Dang Time Seafood Stuffed Shells'!
