Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners or coat with non-stick cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until well combined. Set aside.
