Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Baguette
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 cups Golden cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 3 ounces Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices. Arrange them on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Brush each slice with olive oil on both sides. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden and crisp.

While the bread is toasting, mince the garlic and set it aside.
