Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash and scrub the Yukon Gold potatoes thoroughly. Leave the skins on for added texture and flavor. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized chunks, about 1-inch in size.
