  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 120 grams Goat cheese
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 8 pieces Toothpicks

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound with a meat mallet until about ¼-inch thick.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix together the goat cheese, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until smooth.

Step 4

Season each pounded chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.

Spread an even layer of the goat cheese mixture over the top of each chicken breast.
