  • 6 cups Vegetable broth (for simmering)
  • 0.25 cups Soy sauce or tamari (for simmering)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: vital wheat gluten, chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and ground black pepper. Mix well.
