Ingredients

  • 2 cups Gluten-free rolled oats

  • 5 tablespoons Water
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup Monk fruit sweetener or erythritol
  • 0.5 cup Raisins or chopped dates
  • 0.25 cup Chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine the ground flaxseed and water to create a flax 'egg'. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free rolled oats, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
