  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1.5 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 150 grams Grated apple (peeled and cored)
  • 50 grams Vegan chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease or line a 9-inch (23cm) round cake pan with parchment paper.
