Ingredients

  • 450 grams Fresh salmon fillet (skinless)
  • 60 grams Gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 50 grams Red onion (finely chopped)
  • 15 grams Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 15 grams Fresh dill (chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil (for cooking)
  • 4 pieces Gluten-free burger buns
  • 0 optional Optional toppings (lettuce, sliced tomatoes, avocado, gluten-free mayo, etc.)

Directions

Step 1

1. Chop the fresh salmon fillet into small pieces and add it to a food processor. Pulse until finely minced but not completely pureed.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced salmon, gluten-free breadcrumbs, egg, finely chopped red onion, parsley, dill, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the ingredients are evenly combined.

3. Divide the salmon mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a burger patty, approximately 2 cm thick. Place the patties on a plate and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to help them firm up.
