  • 2 tablespoons Raisins (optional)
  • 100 grams Sour cream (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, milk, sparkling water, eggs, granulated sugar, and salt until smooth and lump-free. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
