  • 1 cup Gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 3 tablespoons Avocado oil (or another high-heat oil)
  • 4 pieces Lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Place the turkey breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Pound them gently with a meat mallet or rolling pin until they are about 1/4 inch thick.

Season the turkey cutlets on both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
